Reporting to the Director, Specialty Programs, this Account Manager works with pharmacies, clinics, and laboratory service vendors. The position supports consistent patient experiences, contractual obligations, operational performance, and program services. Bilingual communication is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships and negotiate contracts with subcontracted healthcare vendors
- Facilitate operational processes across patient support programs
- Onboard partners and oversee profiles and training records
- Lead operational and quarterly business meetings

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant healthcare industry experience
- University degree in pharmacy, nursing, or health sciences preferred
- Bilingual communication skills required
