This temporary assignment lasts up to 12 months and focuses on people analytics solutions. You will support employee programs, leaders, and enterprise decision-making through reporting, dashboards, metrics, and recommendations. The work combines analytics, storytelling, stakeholder collaboration, and data governance across HRMS platforms and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess HR information needs with divisions and stakeholders
- Design analytics, metrics, dashboards, reports, and scorecards
- Extract and analyze data using PeopleSoft, Excel, Access, Oracle, and Power BI




- Present workforce trends and implications to business leaders
- Convert manual reports into streamlined Power BI solutions

Requirements:

- Three to five years of data analysis and reporting experience
- Three to five years using HRMS such as PeopleSoft or Oracle
- One to three years of HR experience
- One to three years using Power BI
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
