As Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead foundational systems used across Faire. You will guide eight engineers, shape platform strategy, and improve trusted access to insights. The work spans ETL pipelines, medallion datasets, BI tooling, AI-powered analytics, and cross-functional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of eight engineers
- Set technical vision for warehousing, pipelines, datasets, and BI tooling
- Protect data integrity, security, privacy, governance, and reliability
- Build AI and LLM-powered analytics tooling and automation
- Own storage and compute cost efficiency across workloads

Requirements:

- Eight-plus engineering years and three-plus leadership years
- Experience operating warehouses, pipelines, orchestration, and analytics workflows
- Robust Python and SQL skills with current technical involvement
- Experience diagnosing production data issues at scale
