VitalHub’s Project Manager oversees software projects across healthcare facilities, from initiation through completion. You will coordinate providers, vendors, and cross-functional teams while managing scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations. The work supports adoption and effective use of VitalHub solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple software deployment and upgrade projects
- Develop plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations
- Manage client relationships, updates, expectations, and requirements
- Track budgets, revenue recognition, planned hours, and actual hours




- Identify risks, resolve issues, and present project reports

Requirements:

- Proven Project Manager experience in Information Technology
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project knowledge
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Robust organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
