Concert Properties Ltd. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician – Residential (LIVE- IN) to oversee the maintenance team across properties in Ontario. The role requires solid HVAC, BAS and fire life-safety knowledge, with an emphasis on safety, budgeting and resident satisfaction.
You will coordinate daily operations, inspect mechanical systems, manage contractors, and ensure building standards are met while maintaining Concert’s high customer service brand.
