Deliver HR systems training remotely across Western Canada with Federated Co-operatives Limited, using requirements gathering and client communication skills.

As a Senior HR Business Analyst/Trainer, you will support an HR Transformation implementation program. The contract role combines HR requirements validation, data conversion coordination, technical training, and client support. You will work with program teams and local Co-ops throughout implementation, go-live, and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build client relationships from implementation through go-live and hypercare
- Document HR policies, processes, practices, and applicable agreements
- Gather and validate employee, absence, and payroll conversion data




- Maintain requirements workbooks for system configuration and operations transition
- Facilitate virtual and in-person technical training sessions

Requirements:

- Experience gathering and validating HR requirements
- Two or more years delivering systems training
- One to three years in HR training or learning development
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Workforce Management
- Ability to travel monthly across Western Canada
