Design impactful learning experiences as an onsite Learning and Development Specialist in Winnipeg, using instructional design and digital learning skills. Support leaders across NFI Group.

Reporting to the Skilled and Leadership Development Manager, you will work within the NFI Learning Institute. You will support leadership programs, including the Emerging Leadership Program, while creating practical development solutions. Your work will combine facilitation, e-learning, multimedia content, and adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support leadership program design, development, and delivery
- Create and maintain engaging e-learning courses and resources
- Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions
- Identify learning needs with leaders, Human Resources, and experts




- Evaluate programs through feedback, assessments, and workplace application

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in adult education, learning, development, or related fields
- Five-plus years in learning and development
- Experience with Articulate 360 or SCORM-compatible authoring tools
- Knowledge of adult learning and training evaluation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and facilitate diverse audiences
