This Production Services Specialist II role requires senior production support experience and five-plus years in SIEM/SOAR administration. You will support internal customers, strengthen cyber resilience, and maintain services within agreed SLAs. The work combines IAM, automation, security operations, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, configure, and optimize primarily Splunk SIEM/SOAR platforms
- Develop detection rules, dashboards, and automation playbooks
- Monitor security events and identify potential threats
- Coordinate incident triage, service restoration, and permanent fixes




- Collaborate with IT teams on security improvements

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in SIEM/SOAR administration and security operations
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Splunk searches, dashboards, alerts, and playbooks
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection, and incident response
- Expert Linux experience and familiarity with Splunk queries
- Availability for on-call coverage and off-hours work
