As Lead Agentic AI Solutions Architect, you will own strategy, architecture, implementation, deployment, and optimization. You will identify high-value use cases, design agentic systems, and embed Responsible AI practices. The work spans LLMs, AI agents, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Agentic AI solutions from discovery through operational support
- Prioritize AI use cases aligned with measurable business outcomes
- Design architectures integrating Agent Hub, platforms, APIs, and workflows
- Establish governance, security, observability,



and reusable AI capabilities
- Mentor engineers and architects across multiple technical teams

Requirements:

- 10+ years in software engineering or solution architecture
- 5+ years designing enterprise AI-enabled solutions
- Solid Python and Agentic software engineering proficiency
- Experience with MCPs, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Degree or equivalent; Master's or Doctorate may reduce experience requirements
