DarkVision seeks a commercially minded lawyer as its primary in-house legal resource. The work includes customer contracts, MSAs, NDAs, supplier agreements, corporate matters, regulatory requirements, and legal risk assessment. You will advise Finance and Operations while helping leadership use AI legal tools and reduce reliance on external counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Advise teams on liability, indemnities, intellectual property, and data rights




- Support international corporate registrations and regulatory requirements
- Improve contract templates, tracking, processes, and technology use

Requirements:

- Law Society of British Columbia member or eligible
- Commercial agreement drafting, review, and negotiation experience
- Ability to assess legal risk commercially
- Explicit communication with non-lawyers
- Organization and ownership across competing matters
