Lead clinical services at Christenson Village in Gibsons, British Columbia, using healthcare management and quality improvement expertise. This is a full-time permanent position.

The Manager, Site and Clinical Services leads operations across long term care and assisted living services for Good Samaritan Society. The position oversees multidisciplinary care, resident and family engagement, human resources, budgets, risk management, and regulatory standards. Reporting to the Director, Clinical Services, this manager supports effective care and organizational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering personalized care and services
- Maintain quality improvement, risk management, and regulatory systems
- Coach employees and manage recruitment, attendance,



and performance
- Monitor budgets, variances, accounts, equipment, and supplies
- Engage residents, families, and councils for care feedback

Requirements:

- Active CRNA or BCCNM registration required
- Three years of healthcare management experience
- Five years of health-related experience, preferably seniors’ care
- Experience managing unionized employees and budgets
- Current CPR certification and driver’s license
