This technician role supports client environments through preventive visits and proactive management. You will maintain servers, networks, backups, and infrastructure while addressing technical risks. The work also includes security patches, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct preventive visits and proactive maintenance activities
- Maintain servers, networks, backups, and IT infrastructure

Requirements:

- Minimum three years relevant IT infrastructure experience
- Hands-on MSP or multi-client setting experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
- Networking, backups, cybersecurity, and monitoring experience
- Bilingual French and English with a valid driver's licence
