About the Opportunity

Auto Workforces Inc. is hiring an experienced Used Car Sales Representative for a high-volume automotive dealership in Scarborough with 150+ vehicles in inventory.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who knows how to build customer relationships, generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales. What You'll Do

- Sell pre-owned vehicles and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Manage online inquiries and leads from Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer messages, calls, and requests for vehicle information.
- Schedule appointments, conduct vehicle presentations, and arrange test drives.
- Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
- Follow up with prospective buyers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep vehicle listings, customer records, and sales activities up to date.




- Work toward individual and dealership sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in used-car dealership sales is strongly preferred.
- Valid OMVIC licence is required to sell vehicles in Ontario.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience generating and managing leads through Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to convert online inquiries into showroom visits and vehicle sales.
- Knowledge of the automotive sales process, including trade-ins, financing, and vehicle presentations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume dealership environment.
