What You’ll Do

- Welcome every customer with a warm, friendly and helpful attitude
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service
- Accurately and efficiently process customer purchases using our POS system
- Assist multiple customers while ensuring each person feels valued
- Help answer questions and find solutions when customers need assistance
- Work alongside your teammates to create a positive customer experience
- Help maintain a clean, organized and well-merchandised store
- Contribute to an environment where customers enjoy coming back

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

- Genuinely enjoy helping people

- Are approachable and comfortable speaking with customers
- Take pride in making others feel welcome
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to a busy work workplace

- Have strong problem-solving skills




- Can remain friendly and attentive while serving multiple customers
- Are interested in learning and growing

Ideally, you’ll also bring:

- 1+ year of customer service and/or retail experience
- 1+ year of cashier experience
- Experience with natural health products, a health food store or the natural health industry is an asset—but not required
