For over 30 years, Spotless Laser & Electrolysis has been dedicated to helping clients achieve their beauty goals and boost their confidence. Our expertise spans laser hair removal, laser resurfacing, laser facials, chemical peels, microneedling, medical-grade facials, and electrolysis, utilizing advanced technology to deliver exceptional results. We carry ZO Skin Health, Alastin Skincare, Histolab, and Jane Iredale.

We’re a family-founded medical spa with locations in Burnaby and Central Surrey. Our Burnaby location is at Market Crossing in South Burnaby, with free parking.

The role

Our front desk is where every client’s experience begins and ends. We’re looking for someone energetic, organized, and detail-oriented to run it. You’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, manage client interactions and the schedule, and keep the day moving. You’ll need the people skills and confidence to sell our services over the phone, by email/message and in person.

This role is equal parts front desk and client relationships. You’re the main point of contact from a client’s first message through to their final treatment: you book the consultation, greet them at the door, check in on how they healed, and bring them back for the next stage. Results build over time, and the clients who reach their goals are usually the ones who felt looked after in between. You’ll know names, treatment plans, and what each person is working toward.

Your enthusiasm and organization will carry the client experience, and your attention to detail will keep our team supported behind the scenes.

At the front desk, you’ll

- Welcome clients and guests warmly and professionally
- Onboard new clients and make sure intake and consent forms are completed before treatment
- Answer and route calls, emails, and messages with professional etiquette
- Book and confirm appointments across several providers and treatment rooms
- Take payments,



sell packages and memberships, and explain the advantages clearly
- Recommend our medical-grade skincare and handle retail sales
- Keep reception and the retail displays tidy and well stocked
- Handle the admin and reception work that keeps a clinic running

Looking after our clients, you’ll

- Reach out to prospective clients by phone and message to book their consultation
- Follow a consultation inquiry through to a booked appointment
- Keep client records and notes current in our booking system and CRM
- Follow up after treatment and re-book clients into their next visit
- Notice the clients who’ve drifted away or have sessions left unused, and bring them back
- Help bring our promotions, membership launches, and events to life

What you’ll bring

- Organization and reliability - you can juggle a ringing phone and a full waiting room at once

Nice to have

Knowledge of medical spa services and products, including ZO Skin Health and Alastin. What matters most is that you can handle the volume and sell confidently over the phone. We’ll teach you the treatments and products. Additional languages are an asset.
