Our company is seeking for a dedicated concierge to join a team at high-rise luxury residential buildings in Burnaby. We are looking for an individual who is committed in providing top-notch customer service to our clients and can demonstrate outstanding leadership.

The successful candidates will have a confident personality, enjoy interacting with clients, and be equipped with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients when they enter the building and guide them to their designated areas.
- Receive packages
- Patrol the property periodically
- Process important queries and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner.
- Coordinate with property manager and onsite contractors as required
- Handle move-in and move-out
- Conduct trainings
- Produce reports as per company policy

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of concierge experience
- Intermedia computer literacy skills
- Have exceptional work ethic
- Self motivated and able to take initiatives
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and work well under direction
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills and utmost professionalism
