Manzer Environmental Inc. is hiring experienced Class 1 and Class 3 Operators for our Industrial Services Division in Peace River and Fort McMurray, Alberta.

We're looking for experienced operators who take pride in their equipment, work safely and want to be part of a growing Northern Alberta company.

Our operators work with a modern fleet of Kenworth and Peterbilt equipment, including Combo Vacs, Semi Vacs, Pressure Trucks and other specialized industrial equipment.

WHAT WE OFFER

- $35–$45/hour based on experience and equipment competency
- Signing Bonus – $1,500 after successfully completing 90 days

Experienced operators who can safely and independently operate multiple units will qualify toward the top end of our wage range.

THE ROLE

Our Class 1 and Class 3 Operators support industrial cleaning, fluid handling and oilfield operations throughout Northern Alberta.

This is a hands-on operator position. Our operators don't simply drive the truck — they understand their equipment, participate in the work and take ownership of their unit.

Responsibilities include:

- Safely operate Combo Vac, Semi Vac, Pressure Truck and other industrial equipment
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Vacuum services and industrial cleaning work
- Safely operate pumps, hoses and associated equipment
- Follow customer and Manzer Environmental safety procedures
- Complete required driver logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors and customers
- Identify equipment issues before they result in downtime
- Keep assigned equipment clean and well maintained
- Participate in job-site hazard assessments and safety meetings
- Work independently and as part of a crew
- Represent Manzer Environmental professionally at customer locations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ideal candidates will have:

- Valid Alberta Class 1 or Class 3 driver's licence
- Clean commercial driver's abstract
- Oilfield or industrial experience
- Vacuum truck, Combo Vac, Semi Vac or Pressure Truck experience
- Strong understanding of safe equipment operation
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Pride in maintaining equipment
- Ability to work extended hours when required

Current oilfield safety tickets such as H2S Alive, First Aid and CSO are considered assets.
