Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Work Setting: Plastic manufacturing facility producing caps, closures, jars, and laminated tubes
Safety Shoes: Required
Dress Code: No makeup or Jewellery permitted

Job Summary

We are hiring General Labour workers for a plastic manufacturing company that specializes in producing caps, closures, jars, and laminated tubes. The ideal candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while following all safety and hygiene requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the production and packaging of plastic caps, closures, jars, and laminated tubes.
- Perform general labour duties on the production line.
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
- Pack, sort, and organize products according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Wear required safety shoes and comply with the facility’s dress code.




- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting production targets.

Requirements

- Previous manufacturing or general labour experience is an asset.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties as required.
- Must wear safety shoes.
- No makeup or jewellery permitted in the production area.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Willingness to comply with all workplace safety and hygiene policies

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
