HIRING SANDHWICH ARTIST FOR NIGHT SHIFTS

As a Sandwich Artist, prepare and serve sandwiches and other menu items while creating a welcoming, efficient customer experience. Follow food safety and sanitation practices, manage tasks during busy periods, and support smooth restaurant operations.

Duties

- Prepare food to order, handle ingredients safely, and keep workstations and kitchen areas clean and sanitary.
- Take customer orders, operate the POS, process payments, and use basic math for accurate transactions and cash handling.
- Serve customers courteously, communicate menu options, and suggest suitable additions through thoughtful upselling.
- Coordinate preparation and service with colleagues, using time management to keep orders accurate and moving promptly.

Requirements

Required: Practical food preparation, food handling, food safety, sanitation, customer service, cashiering, cash handling, basic math, and time management skills support safe, accurate service. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, serving, or kitchen experience; familiarity with POS systems, including Micros POS, and confidence with upselling are helpful strengths.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
