Ens Collision Centre is looking for an experienced Autobody Estimator to join our growing team in Saskatoon.

We're seeking a professional, customer-focused individual who takes pride in producing accurate, detailed, and high-quality estimates. The ideal candidate understands that quality matters, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to the customer's experience.

If you have collision estimating experience and enjoy building strong relationships with customers, insurers, and repair teams, we'd love to hear from you. You'll play a key role in delivering a seamless repair experience while helping maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect from Ens Collision.

Full-Time | Permanent
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Your Responsibilities:

- Be the primary contact for customers requiring damage assessments and repair estimates
- Prepare accurate estimates for insurance companies and customers
- Assess vehicle damage and determine parts and labour requirements
- Utilize estimating software to create detailed repair plans
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurers, and the repair team
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while monitoring repair costs
- Build strong customer and insurance partner relationships through professional and exceptional service
- Minimize supplements and delays through attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

- Previous autobody estimating experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance claims
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanour and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence with a safe driving record
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability
