Acden Base Operators is seeking a Site Supervisor to support daily airside and ground support activities. The position coordinates employees, flight stakeholders, and operational requirements while maintaining regulatory, HSE, and customer service standards. It also supports training, administration, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate schedules, vacations, overtime, and shift coverage
- Work with flight crews, reservations, and charter dispatchers
- Monitor equipment, wildlife management,



and surface condition reporting
- Investigate incidents and follow up on safety concerns
- Maintain procedures, inventories, certifications, and management systems

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years in a similar role
- AVOP and aeronautical radio license, or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid Class 5 driver's license; Class 3 preferred
