As a Senior Human Resources Consultant, you will advise senior leaders and business partners in a complex corporate workplace. You will anticipate organizational needs, connect people strategies to business priorities, and support talent identification, management, and coaching. Your work will help advance transformation and foster an engaged culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide coaching, guidance, and human resources advice to business partners
- Identify talent management strategies, resource plans, and development priorities
- Lead projects and support corporate initiatives and transformation




- Facilitate Centre of Expertise people strategies and initiatives
- Conduct investigations and assist with conflict management issues

Requirements:

- University degree or relevant education and experience combination
- At least six years of senior HRC or HRBP experience
- CHRP or CHRL designation completed or in progress
- Knowledge across employee relations, talent, performance, and change management
- French-English bilingualism and eligibility to work in Canada
