This Technical Trainer represents Nabors during training assignments. The work requires drilling experience, rig equipment knowledge, and robust Windows and Microsoft Office skills. Effective communication with employees and management supports Company and Customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train rig crews and onsite personnel safely and efficiently
- Promote Nabors performance tools, services, and rigs
- Maintain complete compliance with the training matrix
- Submit weekly timesheets and monthly travel expenses
- Perform other duties required by the Training Supervisor

Requirements:

- Four years as a Nabors Drilling USA Driller
- Three years as a Technical Trainer or equivalent
- Strong Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Competent rig equipment and company procedures knowledge
- Current passport required for international travel
