As Senior Manager, Growth, you will support client retention and growth initiatives across Omnicom Media Canada agencies. You will translate priorities into project plans, coordinate Recent Business, Client Success, Commercial, Brand Marketing and agency leadership, and keep deliverables moving. The work emphasizes organization, execution and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned growth initiatives from planning through delivery
- Develop project plans, timelines and workback schedules
- Coordinate stakeholders across agencies and capabilities
- Track milestones, dependencies, action items and deliverables

Requirements:
- Six or more years of relevant experience
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
- Exceptional organization and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency with project tools, Microsoft Office and collaborative platforms
