We're a small anime and illustration brand looking for a reliable, organized Studio Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This is a part-time role starting at approximately 5 hours per week, with room to grow. You'll be working directly with the brand owner across social media, admin, and light inventory and shipping tasks.
This role is 70% remote with occasional in-person visits to our Burnaby location (roughly 1–2 times per month) for inventory and shipping-related tasks.
What You'll Be Doing
- Scheduling and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X
- Light formatting of posts using Canva
- General admin and organizational support (Notion, Google Drive)
- Assisting with inventory organization and order packing and shipping (in-person)
- Other tasks as needed — this role will evolve over time
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X
- Familiar with Canva or willing to learn
- Organized, reliable, and communicative
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Interest in anime, illustration, or the creative industry is a strong asset
- Experience with Shopify or Notion is a bonus but not required
