We are currently looking for full time, Service Advisor/Closer to join our Team!

Responsibilities

-
Prepare and invoice repair orders for internal and external customers

- Greet customers, in person or on the phone, promptly and in a courteous manner

- Create initial repair order by listening to customers and asking questions to assist with diagnoses

- Review repair order with customer and get customer to sign it

- Recommend any routine maintenance that is due according to OEM

- Keeping customers informed on the progress of their unit through ASIST and by phone

- Prepare estimates and get customer approval for repairs, getting a deposit if required

- Schedule appointments

- Handling customer complaints and escalating only if necessary

- Weekend or evening work may be required

- Other duties and details to be discussed

Qualifications:

-
Good knowledge of trucks & the mechanics of trucks

- Proficient in the use of computers (email, word processing, excel)

- Problem solving and Critical thinking skills

- Ability to work productively under pressure

- Ability to work well in a team environment





- Maintain the cleanliness of personal and team workspaces

- Maintain a high level of grooming, hygiene and professional appearance

- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision

- Good interpersonal skills, phone etiquette and organizational skills

Job Summary

Full time permanent position

Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 Depending on Qualifications

Shifts: 8 hours per day
