Collective Arts is seeking a hands-on General Manager to run our Hamilton Retail, Taproom and Event space.
You will deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales across taproom, retail and private events, leading front-of-house staff on the floor 50% of the time.
You will manage staffing, inventory, and daily operations, coaching the team to uphold brand standards and community engagement.
Availability for evenings and weekends is required, with a focus on hospitality excellence.
