The Automotive Service Technician inspects, maintains, and repairs vehicles using sound mechanical judgment and safe work practices. This hands-on role combines troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance to help keep vehicles dependable and ready for use.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, hand tools, and power tools; complete automotive repairs and routine maintenance.
- Inspect, service, and assemble components on vehicles , documenting work and identifying follow-up needs and communicate repair findings clearly.

Skills

The Automotive Service Technician should have practical mechanical knowledge, automotive repair and maintenance skills, and safe use of hand and power tools are essential for diagnosing issues and completing service work. The role also calls for clear communication and the ability to handle physical tasks.
