About Us

Xzone is an indoor interactive gaming and entertainment centre in Sylvan Lake, offering interactive games, arcade activities, and fun experiences for families, friends, and groups.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and responsible individual who is interested in a long-term position and growing with our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly customer service.
- Handle bookings, check-ins, payments, and customer inquiries.
- Explain game instructions and safety rules to guests.
- Assist customers with interactive games and arcade equipment.
- Open and close the facility, including turning game equipment on and off.
- Ensure games and equipment are ready for customers.
- Keep the front desk, game& party rooms, and common areas clean and organized.
- Report equipment issues and assist with other daily tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- Friendly, patient,



reliable, and responsible.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable interacting with children, families, and groups.
- Able to explain instructions clearly and work independently.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
- Training will be provided.

Work Setting

Xzone is a family-friendly entertainment centre where many guests are children. Applicants should be comfortable working around children and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Work Schedule & Availability

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
