Big Hearts Home Care is seeking an experienced scheduler to join our healthcare management team. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Scheduler to join our team and help ensure seamless scheduling and support for both clients and caregivers.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Scheduler will be responsible for the following:

- Schedule and book client visits using AXISCARE.
- Complete daily administrative duties and reports.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and employee availability.
- Create and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure adequate client coverage.
- Respond promptly to employee call-ins, absences, and staffing shortages.
- Coordinate shift assignments, replacements, and last-minute schedule changes.
- Review clock in-clock out of each employee.

Preferred Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in scheduling in the healthcare field
- College/University diploma or degree in an arts or sciences field
- Comfortable using various healthcare systems, MS Office, Adobe, and email
- Available for odd shifts in the evenings, early mornings and weekends




- Self-managed as well as love working in a team on fulfilling projects
- Love bringing a positive customer service experience to clients
