In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing tailored solutions that meet clients’ unique needs. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster long-term relationships, ensuring clients feel valued and confident in their coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients
- Deliver an end-to-end client experience, acting as the single point of contact for all service and policy needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and a commitment to service excellence.
- Provide tailored insurance advice and coverage options based on thorough knowledge of underwriting guidelines and carrier appetites.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to ensure clients have comprehensive coverage.
- Support client retention through proactive policy reviews, renewals, and responsive service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive workplace dynamic.

Qualifications:





- Minimum 5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
- In-depth knowledge of the insurance markets, underwriting processes, and carrier appetites.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high client retention.
- RIBO license in good standing.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to contributing to a positive team culture.

Pay: $55,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
