Le Groupe Warehouse QC recherche un chef régional pour superviser et aider les chefs de cuisine dans les opérations, la gestion des coûts de main-d'œuvre, l'achat de nourriture, la préparation, le maintien des normes de qualité, l'hygiène, la propreté et la formation du personnel. Le candidat idéal veillera à ce que nos recettes, nos portions, notre cuisson et nos normes de service soient respectées de manière constante, en maintenant la plus haute qualité des produits servis.

Warehouse Group QC is seeking a Regional Kitchen Manager to oversee and assist location managers in the operation, labor cost management, food purchasing, preparation, maintenance of quality standards, sanitation, cleanliness, and employee training. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent adherence to our recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards, maintaining the highest quality of products served.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensure consistent preparation and serving of food products according to our recipes and standards.

- Take full responsibility for the quality of products served.

- Maintain compliance with portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen procedures.

- Assist the Chefs as required.

- Participate in scheduled meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement.

- Make employment decisions, including hiring, evaluating,



and disciplining kitchen personnel.

- Oversee training of recent kitchen employees.

- Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.

- Ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality through personal inspections.

- Collaborate with the executive team on menu changes.

- Manage food cost and usage through proper product requisition, storage procedures, recipes, and waste control.

- Schedule labor according to business needs while meeting labor cost objectives.

- Maintain cleaning schedules for kitchen and food storage areas.

- Monitor and maintain proper food holding and refrigeration temperatures.

- Communicate effectively with managers, kitchen staff, and dining room personnel.

Qualifications:

- 2 years of experience as a chef or similar position.

- 2 years of managerial experience.

- 5 years of cooking experience.

- Cour de MAPAQ certification.

-Driving license & Car

Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

- Bilingual in French & English.

- Basic computer skills.
