The ideal candidate is someone with amazing energy, fantastic people skills, willing to learn and love for ice cream and pastry!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Opening and closing the food truck, following the daily checklist and procedures.
- Taking customer orders, processing payments, and handling cash responsibly.
- Preparing and serving ice cream cones, chimney cakes, drinks, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Providing friendly customer service and helping customers choose desserts and drinks to suit their preferences.
- Handling food safely and maintaining proper hygiene standards at all times.
- Preparing, rolling, and baking pastries according to established recipes and procedures.
- Communicating clearly with coworkers to coordinate orders, preparation, and daily operations.
- Keeping the food truck, workstations, equipment, and serving areas clean, organized, and tidy.
- Restocking ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed during service.
- Following food safety regulations and workplace procedures to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:





- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Weekend availability is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prepare and serve all menu items consistently, following recipes and maintaining quality, presentation, and food safety standards.
- Basic ability to operate a POS system and handle payments accurately.
- Positive attitude, friendly personality, and strong customer service skills.
- Passion for food and desserts, with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience.
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene and workplace procedures.

COMPENSATION:

Start $19.50/hour + TIPS
