Job Title: Shipping & Inventory Coordinator

Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Pay Rate: Up to $22.65/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–4:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to support warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

- Pick, pack, ship, and receive orders accurately.
- Operate reach trucks and other material-handling equipment safely.
- Perform inventory counts, stock replenishment, and FIFO rotation.
- Track shipments and maintain accurate inventory records and databases.
- Handle materials weighing up to 35 lbs and follow warehouse safety procedures.

Requirements:

- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, and inventory control experience.
- Reach truck operating experience.
- Robust computer, data-entry, and organizational skills.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to provide CSA-approved safety boots.
- Ability to work onsite in Edmonton, Monday–Friday.

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour

Experience:

- Warehouse operations: 1 year (required)
- Shipping & Receiving: 1 year (required)
- Inventory control: 1 year (required)
