Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This role involves assembling electrical components and systems, interpreting schematics, and ensuring the quality and safety of completed assemblies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, and experience with various hand and power tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic manufacturing and production environment.

Responsibilities

- Assemble wiring harnesses, electrical components and systems according to detailed schematics and technical drawings
- Assemble wiring kits and electrical panels according to bills of material and electrical drawings.
- Perform basic VFD programming and digital gauge setting.
- Conduct electrical quality control and product testing




- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and optimize processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards

Requirements

- Proven experience in electrical assembly or related manufacturing roles
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Electrical experience in a manufacturing setting is highly preferred
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work safely in an industrial setting while adhering to safety protocols
