Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Control Operator to join our team in a full-time, permanent position. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, completing stock movements, operating material-handling equipment safely, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and stock reconciliations.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and report issues to management.
- Operate Raymond Reach Trucks and Order Pickers to move, store, and retrieve products.
- Pick, put away, replenish, and transfer inventory as required.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
- Update inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Maintain proper product identification, labelling, and storage.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.




- Keep the warehouse organized and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant inventory control or warehouse experience.
- Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse management systems (WMS) is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move products as required by the role.
