About the Role

Artus Bottling Ltd. is a fast-growing company specializing in beverage packaging, primarily wine. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving Associate with potential to grow.

This full time position plays a key role in performing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring that products are shipped and received accurately and efficiently, and maintaining an organized inventory to support production and office functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23-25/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, count and record incoming shipments and materials, reporting any discrepancies. Verify accuracy of deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and handling.
- Maintain and organize warehouse stock, including equipment, supplies, and raw materials.
- Safely loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by forklift and by hand.
- Ensuring a well-coordinated reception of all materials and products. Making sure everything is sorted, labelled, and stored per company standards and policies.
- Act as an ambassador for Artus with clients and carriers during pick-ups and deliveries.
- Aid in production forklift operations when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and shipping areas.




- Ensure safe handling of items and compliance with company safety policies and good manufacturing policies
- Support other warehouse, administrative, and production duties as assigned.

What is required

- Ability to reliably commute to our Penticton office daily (this is a fully on-site position; remote work is not available).
- Secondary school diploma
- Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

What is preferred

- Knowledge of packaging standards and shipping documentation.
- Valid Forklift Licence.
- Knowledge of the BC wine industry.
- Prior experience in a production environment or winery.
