Total Compensation: $63,300 - $103,200

Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Leadership Designate position offers a unique opportunity to develop the skills, experiences, and industry acumen needed for future leadership opportunities at PepsiCo. Through hands-on learning experiences, coaching, and cross-functional exposure, you'll gain exposure to all aspects of the business and build a strong foundation for career growth.

- Gain practical experience across manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain operations to build a comprehensive understanding of the business.
- Learn how PepsiCo safely produces, stores, and delivers products while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and operational excellence.
- Support frontline operations through team engagement, shift execution, production planning, and daily business priorities Building an understanding of safety, food safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Analyze operational performance data and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, service, waste, and downtime.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that support operational effectiveness and business performance
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Human Resources, Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop leadership skills through project ownership, collaboration, influence, communication, and problem-solving opportunities.
- Support operational priorities and business initiatives while learning how leaders make decisions in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
- Build relationships with frontline associates, peers, and leaders across the organization.





Our Supply Chain Leadership Designates are well positioned to gain broad exposure to manufacturing and supply chain operations while building the technical, operational, and leadership capabilities required for future frontline leadership opportunities across production, warehousing, logistics, and broader supply chain functions as they become available at PepsiCo.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of professional work experience
- Demonstrated leadership potential through either work, extracurricular activities, community involvement, athletics, or other experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and learn quickly in a dynamic operating environment
- Results-oriented mindset with strong initiative, accountability, and a desire to continuously learn
- Flexibility to work across schedules (only as needed)
