About the Role

At Chick-fil-A® Square One, great service extends beyond the restaurant counter. We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to help coordinate daily restaurant operations and ensure every order is prepared, organized, and delivered with care.

As a Restaurant Operations & Order Fulfillment Associate, you will contribute to several areas of the business, including food preparation, guest service, curbside fulfillment, mall deliveries, and third-party delivery orders. You will help connect our kitchen and service teams to ensure orders move efficiently from preparation to handoff.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in getting the details right, and can adapt quickly as priorities change throughout the day. You will receive training across different operational areas and work alongside a team committed to quality, teamwork, and outstanding hospitality.

Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for people who are eager to learn, take responsibility, and contribute to a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities: Order Coordination & Delivery Fulfillment

- Organize and coordinate orders for curbside pickup, mall delivery, and third-party delivery platforms.
- Review order details to help ensure items, beverages, sauces, condiments, and special instructions are accounted for before dispatch.
- Prepare and arrange packaged orders in designated pickup and staging areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, service team members, and delivery personnel to support timely order handoffs.
- Track order progress and communicate potential delays or discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
- Help maintain an orderly fulfillment area so orders can be located and handed off efficiently.
- Handle orders carefully to preserve food quality, presentation, and packaging.
- Identify missing items, incorrect packaging, or other fulfillment issues and help resolve them promptly.




- Maintain a professional and helpful approach when communicating with guests and delivery partners.

Restaurant Service & Guest Experience

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
- Assist with taking orders, processing transactions, and answering routine guest questions.
- Support order assembly, packaging, and handoff across applicable service channels.
- Help maintain an organized and inviting guest service environment.
- Communicate clearly with teammates to support accurate orders and a smooth service experience.

Kitchen & Food Preparation Support

- Assist with preparing and assembling menu items in accordance with established procedures.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, portioning, and product quality standards.
- Work with kitchen team members to keep orders moving during busy service periods.
- Monitor supplies and notify the team when products or packaging materials need replenishment.
- Maintain clean workstations, equipment, and food preparation areas.
- Follow established procedures for product handling, storage, and waste reduction.

Daily Operations & Team Collaboration

- Support different workstations according to staffing requirements and business volume.
- Help prepare service areas for opening, peak periods, and closing routines as assigned.
- Keep supplies, packaging, and operational materials organized and accessible.
- Complete assigned duties accurately and within expected timeframes.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and all applicable restaurant procedures.
- Contribute ideas and communicate observations that could improve workflow, accuracy, and service efficiency.

Employment Requirements

- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Available to work at least three days per week, including some evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout a shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs when required, with appropriate safe-handling practices.
- Willing to work in multiple areas, including the kitchen, guest service, and delivery order fulfillment.
- Able to follow food safety requirements and established operating procedures.
