Membership Sales Associate
SE Calgary, near Legacy and Walden | Full-time, 40 hrs/week | Start ASAP

$2,800/month base to start, rising monthly, plus commission and bonuses

Roster Staffing is recruiting on behalf of an established fitness club.

Know before you apply

- Location: South of Stoney Trail near Legacy and Walden. Free on-site parking.
- Shifts: 9–5, 11–7, 12–8 or 1–9, mixed across days and evenings.
- Weekends: on rotation. Some holiday shifts possible.
- Plan ahead: your schedule is posted by the 15th–16th for the following month.

How pay works

- Everyone starts at $2,800/month base (about $16/hour). This is the same for every recent hire and isn’t negotiable.
- Your base goes up every month. By your 12th month it reaches about $3,800/month.
- Commission and performance bonuses are paid on top of your base. Most people see commission build meaningfully after their first 3 months.
- After a year, associates can earn up to around $60,000/year with base and commission combined.

What you’ll do

- Welcome prospects, show them the club and guide them to the right membership
- Build your own lead base through referrals, local businesses and follow-up




- Look after your portfolio of members so they stay and renew
- Work toward monthly membership and retention targets
- Join team meetings and club events

You’ll do well here if you

- Have sold to a target before, in retail, hospitality, telecom, fitness or similar, or can tell us how you’d stay driven without one
- Are warm and genuine with people, and comfortable asking for the sale
- Keep yourself organized and are comfortable with computers
- Live an active lifestyle yourself
