Qualifications:

- LPN registration in good standing with BC regulatory body
- Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with adequate insurance
- Wound care experience would be considered an asset
- Foot Care Certification would be considered an asset
- Completion of a successful criminal record check
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience

Responsibilities:

As an LPN with Optimum Home Care, you are responsible for, but not limited to the following:

- New Patient Consultations
- Creating and implementing care plans to be executed in the field
- Wound Care
- Reporting and charting on clients progress
- Training new staff in the field
- Working with community partners to ensure client's success
