West Market Dental in SW Calgary is looking to hire an experienced full time Admin/Hygiene Coordinator (Mon-Thurs) to join our wonderful and long term team with 3 DDS and 4 Hygienists! The position hours are Monday-Wednesday 10:15am-7pm and Thursdays 7:15am-3:30pm with no weekends! Must be flexible to cover a few Fridays throughout the year (3-5, mandatory). Looking for someone who is intelligent, team oriented, organized, takes direction well, honest, self-starter, motivated, hard working, punctual, excellent communicator and reliable. Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years dental admin experience, however, willing to consider and train someone without dental experience if they have the smarts and drive that sets them apart and makes them worth investing in. Ideally must have Dentrix and Recallmax experience and/or working knowledge of these softwares. Looking forward to hearing from you!
