Overview

Drive from point A - B - C, picking up material from each point and then hauling it to a transfer station. Job requires social skills and small talk at each point to maintain good relation. Job requires drivers license (G), with a minimum of 2 years experience. Must be comfortable driving box trucks / larger vehicles. Job will require a basic amount of sorting at each point. Employee will receive 2-3 months of training until comfortable to complete daily work alone. The points of hauling will be within Hamilton - Mississauga. Employee will work 4 days a week with every Thursday, Saturday and Sunday off. Possible overtime available in summer, possible bonuses, 100% room for growth regarding starting wage.

Duties

- Show up, be on time, schedule made for success.
- Casual small talk, must be respectful.
- Cautious loading and unloading.
- Safe defensive driving.
- Sorting materials as trained to do.





Experience

For this position, there is no specific expectation of experience we are searching for other than a G license along with 2 years of driving experience and a clean driving record. Training will be 100% necessary regardless of the experience you behold.

Beneficial Experience

For this position, you will have an advantage if you’ve previously worked in hauling or driven larger vehicles, being able to drive trucks with trailers, customer communications, etc, you are encouraged to express the benefits of your previous employment so we know what skills your bringing to this position.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
