Responsabilités

- Aider aux opérations du restaurant en soutenant la direction et le personnel de service.

- Assurer un réaménagement rapide des tables entre les services.

- Maintenir la propreté du magasin en nettoyant et en organisant régulièrement les zones de travail.

- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en répondant aux questions, en résolvant les problèmes rapidement et en veillant à la satisfaction des clients.

- Veiller à la satisfaction générale des invités

Qualifications

- Previous experience in restaurants or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and store upkeep
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
