Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized Site Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning and facility support operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning teams, maintaining service quality, managing schedules, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily janitorial, custodial, and facility cleaning operations.
- Manage cleaning staff, including Shift Coordinators, Team Leads, and Custodians.
- Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Train, coach, and support employees to maintain high-quality service.
- Communicate with clients and management to address concerns and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
- Monitor labour hours, cleaning supplies, equipment, and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with contractors and outside service providers when required.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and required documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve cleaning processes and overall site performance.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.




- Minimum 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in cleaning operations.
- Experience supervising cleaning teams in large commercial or industrial facilities preferred.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, cleaning procedures, and quality standards.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, or other regulated environments is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage staff schedules, priorities, and daily operations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
