The Home Support Worker assists people with daily living in their homes, supporting comfort, dignity, and independence. The role combines personal care with practical household help and attentive, respectful interaction.

Duties

- Provide patient care and senior care, adapting support to individual needs, including dementia care and assistance for individuals with disabilities.
- Support daily routines through caregiving, meal preparation, and medication administration as directed.
- Help maintain a clean, comfortable home, including routine cleaning and safe assistance with physical tasks.

Experience

Required: Practical caregiving skills,



explicit communication, patience, and the ability to assist with personal care, household tasks, and safe movement, including heavy lifting when needed. Preferred: Home care, assisted living, nursing home, or hospice care experience; background in patient care, senior care, dementia care, disability support, nursing, medication administration, meal preparation, or cleaning is valuable.
