If you want to build real-world experience, develop your diagnostic abilities, and become a confident, well-rounded automotive technician, this is your opportunity.

We're looking for someone who shows up ready to work, takes pride in their workmanship, learns quickly, and wants to become one of the best in the trade.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Hands-on mentorship: Learn directly from experienced technicians and develop the skills needed to succeed in the trade.
- Competitive wages: Pay based on your apprenticeship level, experience, skills, and performance.
- Career advancement: Build your abilities with the goal of becoming a qualified Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician.
- Secure, full-time employment: Join a growing automotive shop with a variety of repair work.
- Support for your apprenticeship: Continue developing your trade knowledge and progressing toward your next certification level.

- Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Document repairs and report additional concerns to the supervising technician.
- Keep your tools, work area, and shop equipment clean and organized.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Registered 3rd or 4th-year Automotive Service Technician Apprentice in Alberta.
- Previous hands-on experience in an automotive repair shop.

- A willingness to learn, take direction, ask questions, and improve every day.
- A dependable work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and as part of a team.
- Good communication, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
- A valid driver's licence and an acceptable driving record for moving and road-testing vehicles.
- Your own basic set of automotive tools is required.

WHO WILL SUCCEED HERE?

We're looking for an apprentice who wants to build a career, not just collect a paycheque.

You take pride in fixing things properly. You want to understand why a vehicle has a problem, not simply replace parts. You're willing to work hard, learn from experienced technicians, and take on increasingly challenging repairs as your abilities grow.

If you're motivated, reliable, and serious about becoming a great automotive technician, we want to meet you.
