Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Rep to join their team in Dorval, QC on a contract basis, with potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. This role is primarily email-based, with some phone support, and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing a high volume of inquiries.

Job Type: Temp to Perm; Contract

Job Location: Dorval, QC

Shift Structure:

- Approximately 1 week of training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Following training: Monday–Thursday in office, with the option to work from home on Fridays
- Schedule will be either 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
- 1-hour unpaid lunch

Compensation Structure:

- Up to $27/hour (depending on exp)
- Contract term: October 13, 2026 – January 15, 2027
- Potential for permanent employment following the contract based on performance and business needs

Responsibilities:

- Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries primarily through email
- Manage approximately 100 emails per day while maintaining accuracy and professionalism




- Handle inbound customer calls as required
- Provide timely, helpful, and professional customer service
- Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and follow established processes and procedures
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed
- Adapt to evolving technology and processes, including AI-supported customer service tools

Skills/Qualifications:

- Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal)
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is an asset
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, email-focused environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour
