Core duties:

-achieve service times during shift

-maintain labour during shift

-follow all food safety expectations during shifts and be successful with a FSA during your shift

-provide clear direction to team members

-maintain open communication with all team members, team leads and supervisors

-during shift, all team members are performing assigned tasks

-provide immediate feedback to team members for all performance issues during your shift

-maintain a positive working Climate
