Lemaire Carpentry Inc. is looking for motivated and reliable Framers and Construction Labourers to join our team. We specialize primarily in residential framing and roof truss installation. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and are committed to maintaining a safe and productive job site. Whether you have previous framing experience or are looking to develop your skills in the construction industry, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Assist with residential wood framing, including walls, floors, roofs, and structural components.
- Install and position roof trusses safely and accurately.
- Measure, cut, handle, and install lumber and other building materials.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Load, unload, and organize materials on job sites.
- Assist with general construction labour and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.




- Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

Qualifications

Required:

- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a solid work ethic.
- Ability to work safely as part of a team.
- Physically capable of performing construction tasks, including lifting and handling materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to following workplace health and safety procedures.

Preferred:

- Previous experience in framing, truss installation, or general construction.
- Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and blueprints.
- Experience working on residential or commercial construction sites.
- Driver’s licence

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
